Overview A Groundskeeper III is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of grounds and landscaping for a variety of properties. This includes mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and watering lawns, as well as planting and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers. Groundskeepers may also be responsible for the maintenance of outdoor recreational areas, such as playgrounds, tennis courts, and swimming pools. Detailed Job Description The Groundskeeper III is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of grounds and landscaping for a variety of properties. This includes mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and watering lawns, as well as planting and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers. Groundskeepers may also be responsible for the maintenance of outdoor recreational areas, such as playgrounds, tennis courts, and swimming pools. The Groundskeeper III may also be responsible for the maintenance of irrigation systems, as well as the installation and maintenance of hardscapes, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. The Groundskeeper III may also be responsible for the maintenance of outdoor lighting, as well as the removal of debris and snow. Job Skills Required
