Overview Groom Tech is a technology-focused job role that involves the maintenance and upkeep of computer systems and networks. The role requires a combination of technical and customer service skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Detailed Job Description Groom Tech is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of computer systems and networks. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as providing technical support to customers. The role also involves monitoring system performance and security, and ensuring that all systems are up to date and running smoothly. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of networking and network security
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
