The Director Project Management is responsible for:

4-year degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of professional experience, 5 years with experience in Government experience or Medical Distribution.

Experience working in a large, complex matrixed environment

Offering project development, management, and fiscal administration

Providing health and health service research, evaluation, and quality improvement management

Performing data system management, data analytics and training in analysis of administrative data

Consulting in survey design, management, and evaluation

Provide leadership and management across GRC, including supervision of the leadership team, research, training, and staff mentorship

Manage a center budget in excess of $30,000,000 annually, following federal, state government and university finance policies and procedures

Act as a member of the management team; enable the development of strategies and the implementation of best practices

Manage the responsibility of financial forecasting and staffing decisions as they relate to the business need and financial impact.

Assist in the RFI/RFP process with Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing

4 Year Degree or equivalent work experience required

5+ years working on Government collections portfolios, including but not limited to IRS, Department of Treasury, or Department of Education required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data.

Verify, inventory, organize, and maintain control of property received and stored within the Disposition Crib(s)

Maintain crib inventory and track property status throughout disposition process until complete.

Generate/maintain all GE internal and USG regulatory required records throughout the disposition process, both paper and electronic.

Coordinate/provide all logistics support for property leaving the disposition crib.

5+ years' experience in Politics, Campaigns, Public affairs and/or issue advocacy

5+ years' experience working on State & Local public policy issues and federal, state, or local political campaigns

5+ years' experience working on grassroots advocacy programs on behalf of industry or specific programs and/or legislation

5+ years' communications work experience

Experience in corporate philanthropy, charitable giving, and/ or community engagement

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, internal leaders and external partners, including government, community and nonprofit leaders

Client Management experience – proven history of managing client relationship ensuring effective and efficient communication, addressing and resolving customer complaints

Knowledge and management of KPRs/Contract oversight as well as client management are a must have.

Experience interacting internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters.

Previous experience working for State or Federal clients or worked for a company that outsources for State/Federal clients

Experience with large-scale project, with demonstrated ability to timely and efficiently lead projects which deliver high-quality operational and financial performance results

Requires in-depth knowledge of leading and/or working with functional areas and developing business strategies.

Ability to develop and implement risk management strategies designed to prevent, manage, and intervene in crises involving children.

Develops, manages, and oversees departmental budgets, student leader financial awards, and council/student organizations funding.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective, cooperative, and harmonious relationships within a multi-cultural campus environment.

Ability to acquire rapidly a general knowledge of the overall operation, functions, and programs of the Associated Students, Inc.

Ability to develop and manage budgets.

Plan, execute, and manage GTM experiments to validate assumptions and optimize market entry strategies.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the B2G market, including government procurement processes and regulations.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Lead the business development team by providing clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

Presentation skills as evidenced by prior work experience presenting to or advising senior executives, investors, boards, or industry peers.

Significant applicable experience in government market/industry, to be accepted by clients as an expert and thought leader.

Language skills: English as mother tongue or excellent, second language

Become a regular commentator to media following major government IT events

Deep understanding of government procurement processes and contracting, with particular reference to those in the US federal government.

Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Represent the Tariff group on core teams for legal/product/marketing projects such as changes to terms, rates or services, including promotional offerings.

Know and understand federal and state rules and filing requirements.

Seek out ways to learn on the job and enhance existing/develop new skills.
