Experience with collaboration and management tools (Miro, Lucidchart , Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus

Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Finance, Retail or related field preferred

Experience addressing diverse audiences, including senior leadership

Enrolled in a graduate level program with an expected graduation date of December 202 4 or Spring/Summer 202 5

Ability to work cross-functionally, influence other teams, and leverage internal and external resources

Ability to decipher themes, make decisions, and draw conclusions from large datasets

Education requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field of study.

Ability to generate concise communications for senior management and define strategic direction and execution plans.

Effectively manage relationships with suppliers by implementing the vendor score card process.

Report and manage costs on a live basis to ensure cost control on large-scale projects.

Lead evaluation of supplier capabilities, cost structure, risks, and partnership potential to determine supply base.

Drive the department to expand their services, working with existing clients and looking to other related clients across the industry.

Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Outstanding leadership skills, with experience building and leading high performing teams

Develop capabilities and supply chain initiatives to support supply chain performance over a multi-year horizon

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, including conducting due diligence on supplier capabilities and capacity

15+ years professional experience, predominately in supply chain and related functions with progressive leadership experience
