Experience in-depth with Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay Practices.

Establish partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at identifying, understanding and fulfilling their requirements.

Minimum 5 years of Procurement/Strategic Sourcing experience.

Experience in-depth with Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay Practices.

Review incoming and ongoing vendor engagement and contract requests.

Support Business Stakeholders around the Globe through the source-to-pay processes, procedures, and policies.

Experience working within a US or European multinational company and remote teams.

Listen to our internal partner requirements, advise them on best practice, prepare and drive negotiation strategies.

Assist business partners as they manage on-going supplier relationships.

Understand business needs and requirements so that agreement terms are complete, scalable and cost-effective.

Participate in GSS team development projects to improve sourcing experience across EA.

RF(x) Project Manager. Prepare RFI/RFQ/RFP documents with requesting departments, evaluating proposals, and assisting in the selection of bidders.

Developing daily operations plans for the team (including order fulfillment, deliveries, inventory management, etc.).

Inventory management including sourcing, purchasing, andsupervising the intake process

Collaboration with market manageron cross channel inventory management

Develop in-depth knowledge of the fulfillment process and the supporting technology used in our production space

2-3 years experience in a commercial food business (produce wholesale, kitchen, farm, or grocery delivery business) is a big plus

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Ensure proper communications are maintained with all departments within Supply Chain Management and Technical Operations Departments

Draft and maintain the Material Management Operations Procedures Manual

Establish and maintain detailed working knowledge of all business systems applicable to the operation

Monitor and manage all expenditures, purchase orders and invoices against the approved budget

Work with Maintenance and Engineering Department stakeholders to develop short- and long-term plans to satisfy material requirements

2 years’ experience managing direct reports

Previous experience with managing a team is highly preferred, as this role will have a people management component in the future

Providing input into annual category management plans

4+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing or commensurate experience in related functions

Calculating baseline spend prior to project kickoff and savings after successful implementation

Developing project plans, results and metrics for associated projects

Scoring suppliers and supporting the supplier selection process
