PUBLIC RELATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER -- MUSIC

Supporting the team in researching cool and relevant media outlets that we can approach to pitch our clients.

Collecting press clippings and tracking publications.

Outreach & following up with journalists as needed.

Supporting the team in building our final recaps/reports for clients.

Supporting in building our final recaps/reports for clients.

Updating project documents as needed.

Bachelor degree in Marketing, with a strong copywriting skills and ability to understand what resonates with the target audience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; PR agency experience would be a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Provide details about your previous relevant work experience

Conduct research to build a list of healthcare and consumer journalists and their contact information

Write and distribute press releases, and pitch story ideas to journalists

Generate + manage timelines, briefs, talent sourcing, concepting, strategy and execution for evergreen content needs (in collaboration with influencer coordinator)

Support and manage the PR agency partnerships + seeding programs in collaboration with the direct report

5+ years of experience in influencer marketing (beauty experience preferred)

Experience building and nurturing influencer, creator and editor relationships – expected to have strong existing relationships

Collaborative and open to cross-functional ideas and workExcellent relationship building and negotiating skills

Experience managing and growing direct reports

Assist with sample trafficking, shipments and inventory management (knowledge of GPS is a bonus)

Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.

Demonstrates ownership for specific projects without supervision.

Foster respect and collaboration within the team

Ability to juggle multiple projects/issues seamlessly.

Must be able to commit to at least two full days a week (10am-6pm)
