Significant experience with externally hosted HR solution management such as Workday HCM, iCIMS, ServiceNow, Cornerstone strongly preferred

Required Educations, Skills & Experience

Lead the management and optimization of the Workday HCM system, including configuration, testing, and integration with other systems

Conduct root cause analysis of problems and apply business knowledge and practical experience to recommend system and product enhancements

Proven experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, drafting system design specifications, and developing technical solutions, and documenting processes

Preferably has knowledge of market leading Human Resources HCM systems and capabilities including Workday

Performs daily HRIS management task with an emphasis on data cleansing, imports/exports, and downloads/uploads.

Globally assist associates, managers and HR with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems.

Collect, manage, deliver, and report outstanding technical issues or potential system enhancements. Work with colleagues and vendors on solutions and timeframes.

Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3+ years’ job-related experience in administering an HRIS application.

Demonstrated experience with HRIS/database reporting and analytics.
