Global Experiences Coordinator Jobs in Florida

Coordinate VIP merchandise for tours including vendor communications, order processing, monitoring production, shipment schedules and inventory management.

Manage all budgetary elements and spend accordingly based on approved budget/P+L.

Facilitate venue communications and execution of in-venue VIP experience including catering, tickets, and operations.

Assist VIP Supervisor with planning and logistics of greenroom decor and other artist related experiences.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of successful Entertainment, agency or marketing experience.

Experience in touring and/or live entertainment preferred.

Strong financial acumen, experience interpreting demand data, and in-depth knowledge of the qualitative and quantitative Consumer Insight process

Facilitating Member vacation experiences both within the Disney portfolio (e.g. Disney Resorts world-wide, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures & Expeditions) and beyond

Developing & delivering the benefits & extras that are a part of membership (“Membership Magic”)

Provide vision and strategic direction to the Member Experiences, Member Services, and Sales Support Integration teams.

Work with DVC Finance team to ensure proper planning and budgeting of expenses materially impacting DVC Operations

Assist with identifying and enhancing operational opportunities to elevate the DVC resort experience including property-wide rehabs.

Manage multiple calendars to enable efficient scheduling of requested meetings across multiple domestic and global time zones

Mentor and train other support professionals in hard skills like computer programs, and soft skills like teamwork

Act as “casual buyer” of all office supplies for the department and manage purchase orders and vendor contracts

Manage external inquiries for products and services (e.g., sales calls from external vendors and organizations)

At least 5 years supporting an executive and/or equivalent experience

Sharp written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability for setting and meeting organizational goals, time management, problem solving and decision making

10+ years progressive leadership experience in the live entertainment industry; theme park, or related experience

Ability to lead and influence others, with exceptional partnering, collaboration and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Strong background in leading work and teams that create, produce, delivery and sustain live entertainment

Engaged in live entertainment creative and technology trends
