Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements

Dependability – meets commitments, works independently, and accepts accountability, stays focused under pressure, meets attendance/ punctuality requirements

Adaptability/Flexibility – adapts to change and adjusts to meet needs, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities as required

Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment

Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).

If Yard Jockey position need experience (i.e. driving, etc)

Perform various physical duties as assigned, including but not limited to sorting, stacking, cleaning and minor repair or maintenance tasks.

18 years or older; 21 years or older if CDL required

Valid CDL license (if required)

Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable)
