Education: Doctorate Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served

Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Clinic hours are M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Call is 1:3 but will be moving to 1:4

DEA, State Licensing, Board Certification, & Maintenance Fees Covered

Competitive compensation and benefits package includes:

Guarantee Salary $650k for 18 months

Sign on bonus of $50k with 5 year contract

Eligible for Productivity and Quality Bonus

This position will have clinic and surgery block time

Candidates should also have outstanding clinical and teaching skills, and experience in basic, clinical or translational research.

Must be board-certified/board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma.

Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Florida.
