Works closely with management updating day to day topics including, but not limited, to team members, client, or pet issues
Works closely with management to conduct performance reviews
Works closely with management when complaints, disputes occur, or when disciplinary action is needed
Works closely with management assisting in interviewing, hiring, and firing of Boarding & Daycare team members
A minimum of one year of experience working in a boarding & doggie daycare facility is required.
Knowledge of: Animal health, behavior and breeds, customer service methods‬
