General Cleaning Worker Jobs in Iowa

Produce product based on operator work instructions and quality requirements.

Experience in a contract manufacturing organization preferred.

Identify product defects, notify quality and/or supervisor to have defected condition corrected or production stopped if defect persists.

Keep accurate documentation of good and reject parts.

Perform value-added operations and package manufactured products.

Keep accurate records of time allocated per job.

May perform simple repairs on machinery or minor repairs to buildings.

Transports materials, tools, and equipment to and within work sites, as required.

Participates in special projects, as required.

Assist and coordinate with a variety of skilled trade personnel to complete job assignments.

Troubleshoot and repair commercial grade HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical components, systems and equipment.

Follow blueprints & diagrams to install HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical components, systems and equipment.

Perform routine maintenance & inspections on HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical components, systems and equipment.

Perform minor carpentry repairs to building structures and finishes.

Use and maintain tools & equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations & industry standards.
