Overview A Gas Engineer is a professional who is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas systems and appliances. They must be knowledgeable in the safe handling of gas and must be able to identify and diagnose any problems with the system. Gas Engineers must also be able to install and maintain gas-powered appliances, such as boilers, cookers, and water heaters. Detailed Job Description Gas Engineers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas systems and appliances. They must be knowledgeable in the safe handling of gas and must be able to identify and diagnose any problems with the system. Gas Engineers must also be able to install and maintain gas-powered appliances, such as boilers, cookers, and water heaters. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams, as well as follow safety protocols. They must also be able to troubleshoot and repair any problems with the system. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of gas systems and appliances

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Gas Safe certification
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations
• Knowledge of relevant plumbing regulations

• Previous experience in a similar role
