Game Presentation Assistant Jobs

General office duties (if/when applicable) may include data entry, phone calls, copying, filing, etc.

Minimum age requirement, 18 years

Superior attention to detail, strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Contribute to the planning, coordinating and implementing of all game presentation elements

Support team partnership relationships by coordinating elements in the market and in-arena promotional activity on behalf of the organization

Assist with the development and fulfillment of in-game entertainment elements

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Marketing, event planning and project management experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be available to work all HEAT home games, select weekend events, and evenings as needed

Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.

Strong customer service skills required.
