This includes developing and implementing project management best practices, managing the PMO budget, and providing guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders. The FVP of PMO will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project management processes and procedures, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the FVP of PMO will be responsible for providing project management training and mentoring to project managers and other stakeholders.
