Fund Finance Associate Jobs in Iowa

Assist with investor processing activities for commingled funds including data entry, data quality checks and statement preparation.

Four-year college degree required with a concentration in finance/accounting or related business field

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in financial services industry

Real estate investment knowledge preferred

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Some experience with data management and/or spreadsheet management.

Support donor development and reporting operations, including by tracking key deadlines and reporting requirements.

Support and manage grant administration and grant lifecycle in collaboration with the Program Team.

Excellent organizational skills. Flexible and able to multitask, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.

Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).

Experience with the economic opportunity field, philanthropy, and/or the nonprofit sector.

Assist manager in pre and/or post-closing interest rate hedging responsibilities.

2-4 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, M&A, or similar position, with preference given to renewable-specific and/or transaction-focused experience.

Extensive knowledge and capabilities to work in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

Assist manager in negotiation of market leading financing structures by providing financial analysis.

Must have experience working in complex financial models.

Excellent verbal and communication skills; able to concisely communicate results to internal and external counterparts.
