As a Director of Project Development you will:

Base salaries up to $200k plus bonuses

10+ years progressive medical device sales/sales management experience.

Bachelor’s degree required in Life Science, Engineering or related area or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical, training, or technical education position.

Ability to function remotely with necessary IT requirements.

Develop and continuously improve sales education and training programs.

Seek out and apply latest techniques and tools for medical education and patient learning.

4+ years experience in a major consulting company, or an operational/strategy role at a high growth startup or big tech environment

A passion for providing the best possible client experience and comfortable managing engineering teams

Engineering, CS or other technical degree from a leading university
