Possesses computer competencies to include word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and database management.

Possesses solid knowledge of the programs and services and sets the expectations of service with members.

GED or High School diploma supplemented by technical medical knowledge, and/or computer courses.

Language Skills: Ability to communicate with members, colleagues, physicians, and plan representatives.

Effective oral, listening, and written communication skills.

Telephonically communicates and engages members into the programs by effectively building trust and credibility while receiving inbound and making outbound calls.

Enrollment Administration Manager (EAM), Financial Reconciliation Manager (FRM) experience

Identify opportunities for process improvement while ensuring accuracy and compliance requirements are intact

Maintain up to date Enrollment Business Requirement Documents, Desk-Level Procedures, and Job Aids that meet compliance & client requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Health Insurance Enrollment

QNXT and or Facets Enrollment experience

Medicare Managed Care, Health Insure Exchanges, and Billing support

Effective time management skills and high attention to detail

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management software (CRM).
