Observes parent education sessions lead by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst or senior therapists

Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with all patients, families and staff, including high volume and stressful situations.

Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.

Assists in material prep and classroom organization.

Additional specialty certification per PandP for assigned unit (PALS, ACLS, etc.).

Position requires successful passage of RN examination and a current AL nursing license.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. BLS.

Ability to observe, assesses, and record work, safety and infection control standards.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1 year of Emergency Department experience required

Prefer experience in a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Department
