Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.

Preferred – Radiologic technology experience

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.

Radiology Technologist Full Time Days Position Summary

Certified in radiology modality, AART Registered, must obtain WY license, BLS, CT experience required.

This position is at our clinic in Casper.

This is a full time day position.

Competent in performing general radiography and computer tomography. Perform other duties as assigned.

Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management reports, interpreting results, giving and receiving instructions, and training.

Ensure all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.

May serve as “manager on duty” as required.

Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.

Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.

Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department; schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.

Require previous knowledge in the use of information systems and computer literate.

Require completion of a formal radiographic technology program in an AMA-approved school and successful completion of board registry by ARRT.

Administers ionizing radiation in the production of radiographs.

Provide and apply immobilization devices as required.

Selects proper technical factors on an individual patient basis

Selects and operates equipment as directed.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required. ECG knowledge preferred.

1. Provide patient care and ensure patient receives the correct preparation for the procedure.

3. Attend and pass EKG interpretation classes

4. EOC Tracer- assists with EOC tracer for HOPD located at LCMG 6th floor

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience

BLS certification or willing to obtain by date of hire

1+ years of experience working as a Medical Assistant

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience

Assists physicians and nursing personnel with injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, and other patient care procedures as directed

Coordinates patient care as directed by physicians, company standards, and policies

Demonstrates knowledge and compliance with safety, OSHA, and HIPPA regulations.

The ability to use problem-solving, critical thinking, and priority-setting skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Other job duties as required

BLS certification is required. IV certified preferred.

Maintain current knowledge of RIS and PACS computer systems.

Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects under tight deadlines

Create customer relationship management process to ensure new customer acquisition and retention

Offer a personalized shopping and styling experience to customers

Educate customers on products & services offered by the studio

Develop marketing communications to inform B2B clients with the products & services offered by the studio

Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

This is a full-time, 32 hours per week, benefit eligible position.
