Experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Effective time management and communication skills

Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Store Management

Manage customer feedback and queries

Experience in beauty, fashion, and leadership roles is an asset

Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting DECIEM’s vision through excellent service

Participate (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service.

Welcome guests into the store and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish.

Educate and inform guests of the benefits of using our products and services and provide demonstrations when necessary.

Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary and assisting and offering guidance to Wellness Guides when necessary.

Retail or hospitality experience required.

Beauty / wellness experience a plus, but not required.

Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations of store

Work towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising and personnel management

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

STOCK, INVENTORY & LOSS PREVENTION MANAGEMENT

Maintain great interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all Departments, stores, colleagues, and staff

Ensure store shrinkage by partnering with the Stock Associate / Operations Manager / Sales Team through sound operational execution
