Full Time Data Entry Clerk Jobs in Iowa

Proficient with Word, Acrobat, Power Point and Excel, and working knowledge of computer operating system.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Hands-on working experience within a Business Intelligence tool, DOMO experience strongly preferred, including knowledge of how to create data flows

2-4 years of relevant data analysis experience

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and internal customers

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Detail-oriented for data entry and process follow-through

Strong skills working in Excel and Google Sheets, including skill with generating pivot tables and reports from spreadsheet data

Report all issues to customers and management affecting clearance and delivery in a timely manner in writing or verbally

Reporting freight discrepancies to management

Basic knowledge of INCO terms, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Customs regulations and partner government agency requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be detail oriented, thorough and accurate. Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong PC skills including fast, accurate typing skills
