Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is required.

Current, valid New Mexico driver s license is required. Age requirement is 18

High school diploma or GED.

Completion of the formal Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) course is required.

Current license issued by the State of New Mexico

Experience with remote work, nonprofit, or tech startups (not required, but preferred)

Experience with and dedication to upholding the confidentiality of highly sensitive employee and client information.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to research, organize, evaluate, and present information effectively.

What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities):

Provides data entry for services, payments, adjustments, appointments, registrations and enrollments through the patient information system.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Completes duties and fills in for positions in departments at all RBHS and MHRC locations as assigned.

Provides phone coverage in a timely, courteous manner.

Conducts intake interviews for both outpatient and inpatient departments.

Prepares insurance claims for submission to insurance companies and payment/denial follow up.

Experience in management/business consulting (preferred, not required)

Experience with different requirements gathering techniques (ex. gap analysis, cross-functional process flows, use-case modeling)

Experience in financial services (Top tier bank or hedge fund) is mandatory

Experience with JIRA is mandatory

Excellent hands-on experience of MS Office (including Visio)
