Front Desk West Valley Clinics Jobs in Illinois

Through the direction of location manager and clerical personnel, maintain an efficient inventory management program.

Works with Location Manager and Area Manager to keep applicators/employees training and certification current.

Provide equipment to assist other Wabash Valley locations through the direction of the Area Manager or General Manager.

Provide assistance to other locations at the direction of the Location Manager, Area Manager and General Manager

Assist in the responsibility for all inventory record keeping and reporting consistent with company policies and guidelines at that location.

Develop procedures for keeping warehouse orderly, clean, and safe.

Effective communication, excellent attention to detail, strong information and time management, and administrative / computer skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required):

At least one (1) year experience working as a pharmacy tech at a private practice, hospital, or pharmacy setting

Knowledge of basic medical terminology

At least one (1) year experience working in a clinical research setting

Receiving and verifying the accuracy and authenticity of investigational products prescriptions
