Front Area Supervisor Jobs in Georgia

Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of experience in intellectual disabilities

Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in intellectual disabilities

Master’s degree with one year of experience in intellectual disabilities

Manage assigned ID residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved

Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan

Minimum of 5 years Apartment Industry Experience

Assist as needed with rehab projects and due diligence.

Conduct monthly portfolio meetings online with portfolio. Document notes from meeting.

Schedule and supervise property preventative maintenance program (create and maintain checklist)

Complete written property safety audits including fire, severe weather and flooding.
