Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Communicate with Clients, Executive management, Project Managers, and Subcontractors as needed

1+ year(s) administrative billing support, data entry or relatable experience required

Prepare project invoices to include any special client billing requirements and ensure all client billing deadlines are met

Previous telecommunications or construction experience a plus

Adherence to the Integrated Management System that covers Quality, Environmental, and Safety ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certifications

Generate any daily, weekly, or monthly reports or graphs when assigned or asked by management.

Manage Demurrage portal and process daily submission to Shipment Services for processing of invoicing.

Assist with writing procedures or instructions for specific duties or responsibilities.

Assist with projects as outlined by department manager.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the transportation field preferred or degree equivalent.

Check confirmations and invoices for accuracy

Processing of freight and Canadian shipments

Claim filing for damaged / lost shipments
