Freelance Graphic Designer—Fully Remote Jobs in Iowa

Have a background in user experience design, customer service, content management, marketing, product design, or UX writing

LOCATION: Remote - United States only (Time Zone: EST | Partial overlap)

Two or more years of professional experience working with chatbots or voice assistants

Experienced with Agile methodology and team dynamics

Understand and work closely with developers using working knowledge technology

Location: NY/NJ preferred - but willing to consider strong remote candidates

Must be well versed in pre-press workflows, digital asset management, designing and implementing workflow procedures and quality control

Standardize, manage and maintain internal design request system and design file repository

Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies

5 or more years of professional experience in agency or in-house creative department

Outstanding verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

Highly creative with experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that engage and convert

Minimum 8+ years of recent experience at a design studio, agency or in-house design department.

Demonstrating the ability to implement a combination of strategic, conceptual, and design skills creating original, persuasive, and visually compelling work.

Collaborative with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Detailed in your execution but flexible in your approach Persuasive and polished presentation skills.

Create designs that are thoughtful and engaging.

Partner closely with cross-functional team members to resolve feedback and identify creative solutions to business challenges.
