Design and re-design product experiences within one of our pillars: Attract to Hire or Talent Development.

·Coordinate with Product Managers to understand and address requirements for customers, pricing, construction processes and materials.

·Minimum of 1-2 years of experience Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

·Experience with CLO 3D software, not required, but a huge plus

·Experience with taking photos and retouching photos via Photoshop

·Knowledge of Textiles but not required

Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity

5+ years of experience as a product designer (prior experience in B2B/SaaS a plus)

Experience with onboarding and first time user experiences

Experience leveraging design systems to create artifacts quickly with the right level of fit and finish

Knowledge and experience with relevant software platforms, such as CS6 (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) PowerPoint and Keynote

Experience in the tradeshow space required

Working knowledge of 3D design is a plus

Strong conceptual skills relating to brand marketing and graphic design in multiple media

Excellent creative and artistic presentation skills

Designing assets for tradeshows, executing print deliverables such as booth design, swag, etc.

At least 5 years of digital Graphic/Visual Design experience, preferably in a creative digital agency setting working on digital products

Expert knowledge of Graphic Design Software (i.e. Adobe Suite - Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop)

Experience with animation, motion design and dynamic interactions

Experience working on digital products and/or with Product Designers

Manage and maintain consistent calling 20+ calls a day on warm leads to achieve desired results.
