Coach, Train, and Mentor/Inspire Account Executives, Jr. Account Executives and Sales Assistants to effectively drive and execute results

Meet with sales team one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets

Provides global insight related to the customer experience regarding product and presentation and shares feedback with the Store Manager
