Gives a months’ notice for planned days off and understands that it must be approved by direct manager

Need to be at work on time dressed professionally and suitable to represent Riverside Ford.

Attend any training or functions required including online via the web, on site at the dealership.

Is proactive in deescalating client concerns and deescalating concerns to the proper person if necessary

Willing to cross train as needed between Cashier/Loaner Coordinator/Front desk Receptionist/Service Receptionist

Possesses the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and in person to clients, peers and supervisors

Moving vehicles as directed by the managers and in accordance with the dealership display standards

Place Buyer Guides and stock tags in vehicles

Keep new and pre-owned vehicle lots neat and orderly

Make key tags for all vehicles

Perform other lot duties as assigned
