Food Truck Cook Jobs in Iowa

Six months food service experience preferred

Approved City of Dallas Safety and Sanitation Certification

Knowledge of methods, material, equipment and appliances used in food preparation

Effective planning and organizational skills

Prepare meals according to FCNS standardized recipes; keep accurate count and record of food prepared and leftover

Properly use and maintain equipment in the preparation and service of meals and report malfunctions promptly to Cafeteria Supervisor

Performs general cooking, food preparation, and serving meals using standardized recipes and procedures

Cleans and sanitizes cooking area according to standard sanitation procedures

Checks food against predetermined quality prior to service

Regular salaried position located in Iowa City, Iowa
