Checks patient identification following procedure for proper tray delivery

Records dish machine temperature and Ph of three compartment sinks.

Returns clean dishware, utensils, pots and pans to appropriate areas of cafeteria and kitchen.

Performs tasks for catering events when necessary.

Or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities

One year experience in quantity food preparation desired with a demonstrated knowledge of sanitation principles.

Knowledge and ability to handle small kitchen appliances and perform moderately-advanced food preparation tasks.

Experience using a computer system to import and print data, send and receive emails, electronic scheduling and e-learning.

Visual requirements including light computer tasks

Maintains and rotates food items in storage areas, ensuring appropriate stock levels based on household needs.
