A Food and Beverage Specialist is responsible for the management and coordination of all food and beverage operations within a restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality establishment. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, ordering, inventory, and cost control.
