They are the face of the restaurant and must be friendly, outgoing, and professional. FOH Team Members must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. Detailed Job Description FOH Team Members are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service. They must be knowledgeable about the menu and be able to answer any questions guests may have. They must also be able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. FOH Team Members must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. They must be able to work as part of a team and be able to take direction from the management team. Job Skills Required
