Floral Department Manager Jobs in Texas

Possess abilities and skills for effective production, merchandising and customer services related to sale of merchandise.

Analyze continuously all aspects of Floral Department and periodically make changes or make recommendations to store manager.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong Florist Transworld Delivery computer and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of floral arrangement and care of plants and cut flowers.

Develop maximum customer relations by floral department personnel through personal example of friendliness and courtesy and implementation of allcompany policies.

Salary based on experience & qualifications. A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.

Manage, communicate and direct seasonal retail employees

January-March: 30-40 hours per week (must work entire week of Valentines Day)

April-Mid June 40-50+ hours per week (must work entire week of Mother’s Day)

Mid June-November: 40 hours per week

November-December: 40-50+ hours per week
