Floor Techs may also be responsible for cleaning carpets, rugs, and other floor coverings. Detailed Job Description A Floor Tech is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the floors of a facility. This includes sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors. Floor Techs may also be responsible for cleaning carpets, rugs, and other floor coverings. They must ensure that all floors are clean and free of dirt, dust, and debris. Floor Techs must also be able to identify and repair any damage to the floors. They must be able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and buffers. Floor Techs must also be able to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when necessary. Job Skills Required
