Overview Fleet Service Agents are responsible for providing customer service to passengers and crew members of aircrafts. They are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew members during their travels. They also provide assistance with baggage handling, ticketing, and other related services. Fleet Service Agents must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
