5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a logistics or supply chain environment

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Track the progress of orders from the warehouse to end customers

Project management and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

Experience with integrated transportation management and ERP systems is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience synthesizing large, multifaceted datasets to identify commercial opportunities and service improvement areas

Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (eg. Tableau) is preferred

Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
