Overview The First Assistant Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the store team in order to achieve sales goals and ensure excellent customer service. This position is responsible for the overall operations of the store, including supervising and training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed. The First Assistant Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the store is properly staffed and that all employees are properly trained and motivated. Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

• Monitor sales and take appropriate action to maximize sales
• Assist in the development of store marketing plans and promotions
• Assist in the development of store budgets and financial plans
