Overview The First Assistant Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the store team in order to achieve sales goals and ensure excellent customer service. • Monitor sales and take appropriate action to maximize sales

• Assist in the development of store marketing plans and promotions

• Assist in the development of store budgets and financial plans
