Build and lead a high-performance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Initiate action plans related to food and beverage service, standards, supply management, and DOH compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent of education and experience.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Experience with new account openings, hiring, training, and maintaining ongoing operational excellence.

Prior experience with multi-line phones, reservations software such as Open Table, and MICROS experience all required.

Must possess an uplifting and polished presence with a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience with warm and gracious service.

Must be a superior communicator with fluency in English required; those with bi-lingual abilities will be preferred.

Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

A High School Diploma is required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.

Knowledge of all promotions and events.

Must have 3-5 years of experience in pantry, fry cook, broiler, and sauté.

Basic sanitation laws of local health department skills required

Possess and maintain product knowledge through continuous weekly education.

Experience with similar concepts is preferred!

Must always maintain current state alcohol certification.
