Minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or finance experience in a manufacturing environment

Microsoft Office-including advanced Excel skills, Oracle GL, knowledge/proficiency in Alteryx/Tableau – a Plus

Manage to compliance the Direct Materials GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced)

Supports new product development, productivity initiatives, business case reviews, and benefits tracking

Assist in the education and compliance of financial processes and policies

Effective communication skills, which include the ability to explain and communicate financial information in an understandable and actionable format.
