Presenting results to Senior Management on a monthly basis.

Reviewing, analyzing and interpreting financial results and anticipates potential questions / responses from Senior Management.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.

Knowledge of FASB and SEC requirements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, tax reporting and accounting practices and International Financial Reporting.

Knowledge of Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Strategic Finance.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

Mixed experience between public accounting (2-3 years) and industry practice.

2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

Working knowledge of financial strategies.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of crew management system and scheduling optimization system preferred

Identifies course of action or makes recommendations relating to staffing deviations based on observations (Crew requests, Schedule Adjustments, Skill changes)

Minimum 1 year forecasting or scheduling experience

2-3 years of Workforce Planning experience preferred

Demand planning, Scheduling staff, Six Sigma, Green Belt, Workforce planning experience preferred

Good interpersonal and organizational skills, detail oriented, responsible and reliable
