B. S. degree in Actuarial Science, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in ministry leadership required.

Experience building and mentoring a team required.

Experience in public and motivational speaking required.

Intermediate Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills desired.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to align with strategic goals, manage competing priorities, balance ministry and business needs, and deliver timely results.

Work Experience: MSL management experience is preferred.

Education: Medical, pharmacy or post graduate level science degree (required)
