Field Service Dispatcher Jobs in Washington

Assigning Field Service Engineers to Service Requests via Service Management System (SMS) in advance with tentative dates

Coordinate with Service Support, Field Service Engineers, and Management on all open service order and onsite activities

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Effective & efficient written & oral communication skills

Demonstrated strong knowledge of Kitsap, King, and Pierce County;

Communicates with customers to determine driver needs and notifies drivers via telephone or radio of assignments;

Enters assignment data into the computer database to facilitate transportation reports;

Works with Marketing personnel to expand and promote van/bus routes. Secondary Functions:

May assist with driving when necessary (non CDL endorsement vehicles only);

Monitors operation of route and daily scheduled stops using driver and customer feedback;
