Previous experience in fiberglass production or a related field is a plus.

First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Assist in the preparation of molds, materials, and tools for fiberglass production.

Mix and apply resin and catalyst to fiberglass materials.

Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Perform any and all other tasks assigned by management

Installers must possess good organization and communication skills

Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, pumps, and hand tools

Experience with installing spray foam insulation

Base hourly wage (W2 employee)

Insulation Installer Skills and Qualifications:

Strong work ethic with a hunger to quickly learn new skills.

No previous experience is required as an insulation installer since all training will be performed on-site.

Work experience in the construction or home improvement industry is desired(windows, roofing, carpentry, etc).

Insulation Installer Duties and Responsibilities:

Prep and clean up for spray and injection foam insulation projects.

Review Work Order information for accuracy and completeness before departing for job, including verifying address of customer location.

Read instruction manuals for all products to be installed before attempting to install.

Remove old insulation and dispose of it properly

Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around pipes

Fasten insulation in place with staples, tape, or screws

Must have knowledge on the different types of insulation and their applications.

Practice leadership and is responsible for scheduling, detail planning, coordinating.

Ensuring the safety of all direct reports is priority.

Provide proper training and monitor productivity of crews who install/assemble components of industrial products.

Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.

Identify all tools required and materials for tasks.

You'll be put through a highly interactive 2 week training course on weatherization techniques using two part spray polyurethane foam equipment.

Becoming proficient with hand tools, power tools, and spray foam equipment is critical. Hopefully you learn fast.

$18 - $24 Pay plus Bonus Opportunities
