Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five or more years of mortgage experience

Thorough knowledge of Bank's operational policies, procedures, products, and services

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Specialized Skills & Knowledge Requirements

Basic knowledge and experience with default mortgage processes. - Required

Microsoft office experience and advanced Excel knowledge.

Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, accounting general ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable and e-mail internet software.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to manage time well and prioritize tasks.

Two to four years related experience and/or training.

Basic knowledge and experience with default mortgage processes

Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Word Documents and Excel spreadsheets

2 Years of related work experience required.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy; problem solving skills

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, manage time well and prioritize tasks

Receive and review all new loans requiring a claim to HUD and calculation of claim submission deadlines

Microsoft Office experience with advanced Excel knowledge

In-depth understanding of FHA claims guidelines both Part A and B. And experience with claims without conveyance of title

Experience with RHS (Rural Housing Servicing) claims is preferred

2 years minimum FHA claims experience required

Experience with Loan Servicing systems required
