Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Must have a basic knowledge of math.
Loading and dispatching trucks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Dispatch drivers which include being able to re-route drivers on the driver's schedule and adjusting the schedule as needed.
Answer phone calls from growers and Broiler techs as well as keep records of any outs called in.
Accurately weigh and record feed weights. Must be self-motivated and be able to maintain records.
