Fantasy Sports Operations Associate Jobs

Vet and review English language webnovels and manuscripts of various genres including but not limited to fantasy, action fantasy, and action.

Manage, ideate and program for Yahoo Sports fantasy social media channels on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube shorts, and Facebook.

Experience building out a social community

Grow Yahoo Sports’ fantasy social handles via content and community building and proactively pitch opportunities for growth.

Create original social content (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc) out of fantasy news and with Yahoo Sports’ fantasy talent

Work in lockstep with Yahoo Sports’ creative team to build out proactive and on-the-fly static and video content

3-5 years programming social content or “owning” a sports social account

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field

Minimum three years’ experience in sports or betting

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to developing solutions

Proficient computer skills to include presentation graphics, statistical databases, HTML and other internet display languages

Advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

Working knowledge of Adobe suite of programs

Manage dashboards and reporting processes

Experience or interest in sports or online gambling

Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Create and execute marketing campaigns

Develop promotional plans for user acquisition and retention

Apply your knowledge of the sports landscape in order to identify and manage problematic situations.

You will have a direct line of communication with management about the performance of our Daily Fantasy Sports product.

Manage and execute pricing of player salaries.

Competent in Microsoft Excel (SQL experience a bonus).

Work flexible days and hours (dependent on sport schedules) including nights and weekends.

Generate revenue and on-site merchandising.

Apply your knowledge of the sports landscape in order to identify and manage problematic situations.
