Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and/or Addepar (or other portfolio management/CRM software)

Track manager and direct deal reporting requirements

Interest in impact measurement and management

Cross-collaborate with other departments internally to understand their impact requirements and create useful tools to improve the business process workflow

Manage and maintain datasets, perform data validation/quality assurance analysis for datasets within and across several tech platforms

This role is fully remote and Blue Haven prefers that interns use their own computer

Has strong written and verbal communication skills

Has experience working in excel or google sheets for data analysis

Experience with HTML is a plus

Updating our reporting dashboard and help analyze trends in performance

Draft content for email, SMS and web

Is able to work in a fast-paced environment

Shadow and work closely with our VP of Finance and Senior Operations Manager, learning about day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

Learn from the VP of Finance and Sr. Operations Manager, and contribute to ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

Experience with finance and accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe.

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

Based on a variety of factors, including location, relevant skills, and years of experience.

Curious and innovative, constantly seeking knowledge, driven by feedback, and eager to grow and improve.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Candidate Experience from onboarding through first year

Superior editing, accuracy, attention to detail, respect for and ability to manage deadlines

Multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Tour through the HR Profession

Contribute to various HR projects & duties, on an as needed basis

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
