Proven experience in a leadership role within IT, with a track record of successfully managing IT operations and implementing technology strategies.

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives aligned with business objectives.

In partnership with the CIO, manage the financial aspects of the department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.

Stay current with the latest technologies and determine which new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.

Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, including remote employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with sufficient business education such as advanced business education programs required. Graduate-level education preferred.

10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Previous experience managing others.

Outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.
